Traditional Vinyasa Flow class for all levels. The pace is moderate and will challenge you physically with an emphasis on alignment and proper form.
This class is geared toward beginners, or those looking to get back to the basics yoga.  Our Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class will include a break down of Sun Salutations A and B, linking breath with movement, and a focus on proper alignment in classic poses.
This class moves at a faster pace, includes arm balances, inversions, and faster more challenging transitions from pose to pose. Sequences offer students an opportunity to grow their practice. Students in this class should have a regular practice and should have good physical fitness.
This class is for beginners through intermediate students. Students will be guided through asanas in the Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but also allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. This is a great class for students who are newer to yoga or those who are looking for a gentler pace.
Flow class that brings in Ashtanga influences for those who enjoy this traditional practice.
Calm the mind and body with this Restorative Yoga class. Dedicate this hour to yourself. Restorative Yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and is deeply supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. Complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, while reducing pain and the physical effects of stress on our bodies. Students will leave feeling nourished, rested and refreshed. Guided Mindfulness Meditation is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome. All yoga mats props will be provided by the studio, although students are welcome to bring their own mats and eye pillows.
This class is for yogis age 5 and up.  The class is a balance between active dynamic movements and moments of stillness and mindfulness. Students will be exposed to traditional yoga poses, sun salutations, and some partner poses. Embrace your inner child!
Children should be accompanied by an adult.
